Ordinary reference pages and GET-based calculators do not start a session or set session cookies. Essential session and request-verification cookies are used for admin access, authenticated previews, contact submissions and calculators with protected POST forms. Those responses are not publicly cached.
Wattopedia stores contact notes and aggregate helpful counts. Feedback submissions can also set essential session and request-verification cookies. A native form submission uses the session to show a confirmation; an enhanced vote confirms in place. Advertising and analytics cookies are not enabled. See privacy for how submitted information is handled.
