About Wattopedia

Wattopedia publishes electrical calculators. Every number on a published page comes from the calculator engine or from a dataset row with a cited source. The byline is always Wattopedia Editorial Team.

What this site is

It is a planning aid for wiring and power conversions. A result is something you can check. It is not a permit, a design service, or a substitute for a licensed electrician.

How a number gets published

Where a calculator has both server and browser engines, they share test cases. Published tools state their methods, assumptions, and source limits. Code-table sizing stays unavailable until source rights and independent technical review are verified. Read how the numbers are checked.

How to report an error

Use the contact form or the corrections page. The note is stored for the editorial team. It is not an emergency line.
